NEW: Slope control and belt cover.

Two new options make working with the proven DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER even more pleasant and efficient.

The automatic slope control function uses an angle sensor to detect the current machine position, and adapts the belt speeds and ground pressure automatically according to the slope angle. The belt cover reduces plant loss during mowing, and stops dirt deposits forming on the machine.

DISCO DUO.

The DISCO 9400 C DUO large-scale mower mows in reverse mode with a working width of 9.10 metres. The reverse-drive system allows you to keep everything in view, while the tine conditioner ensures that the forage dries quickly.

DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER.

When it comes to handling large quantities of biomass, the DISCO AUTOSWATHER is in a class of its own, with a working width of 9.10 metres and swath grouping. For even greater performance and versatility in the harvesting chain.

BUSINESS, CONTOUR or TREND.

CLAAS offers a range of operator comfort variants – from the simple TREND to the proven CONTOUR, through to the BUSINESS with its high-end equipment features. The addition of the DISCO 1000 TREND brings the range up to a total of 15 mower models.

Individual operating comfort.

Operating comfort defines the difference: while the DISCO TREND has just two single-acting spool valves, the DISCO BUSINESS is fully ISOBUS-capable and has load-sensing working hydraulics and many other features as standard.

PROFIL ground-contour following.

With PROFIL linkage geometry, the mowing bar is controlled from the ground. This allows three-dimensional adjustment to the ground contours, irrespective of the tractor position.

ACTIVE FLOAT – professional-quality suspension.

With the optional ACTIVE FLOAT system, the mower suspension can be adapted to current conditions at any time from the comfort of the cab.

Maximum width.

The DISCO 3600 F / FC / FRC PROFIL models are particularly suited to tractors with wide tyres on the front axle. What's more, with a working width of 3.40 metres, they allow maximum overlap.

DISCO 3200 F / FC / FRC PROFIL.

With a working width of 3.00 metres, the DISCO 3200 PROFIL is the perfect addition to a mower combination, with either a rear or trailed mower.

DISCO 3150 F.

Unbeatable price-performance ratio: the DISCO 3150 F combines power with efficiency. Compact and fitted close to the tractor, it follows the ground contours perfectly. ACTIVE FLOAT suspension is again available as optional equipment.

KENNFIXX® hydraulic connector, lower link cones with bolt positions at different heights, and an easily accessible drive shaft with a 250-hour lubrication interval reduce the time required for attachment and removal, and keep maintenance to a minimum.

Out of harm's way.

Space-saving parking: the support trestle is optionally available with or without rollers.

Transport lock.

The DISCO rear mower is available with working widths between 2.60 and 3.80 metres. The DISCO 3600 is the only conditioner mower on the market with a working width of 3.40 metres, central hitching and an ideal 120° transport position.

MAX CUT professional-quality technology.

The MAX CUT mowing bar provides outstanding cutting quality with low maintenance input. The wave shape of the mowing bar bed allows the mowing discs to be placed well to the front. This results in a larger overlap, and an optimum mowing result.

Tidy parking.

As with the DISCO CONTOUR mowers, an optional support trestle is available. This helps you to make good use of every inch of space on the farm or in the workshop. The mower is securely and firmly attached to the trestle with bolts and a support bar.

User-friendly attachment and removal.

Easy attachment, with hitching pins placed at different heights. Parking positions for support jack, drive shaft and plug for tidy parking.

High area coverage with reduced power requirement.

Functionally designed side-mounted rear mowers are available with working widths of 2.60, 3.00 and 3.40 metres, and with or without tine or roller conditioner, depending on the model. Tine conditioner models are now fitted with the housing from the DISCO CONTOUR series, for improved crop spreading.

CLAAS inline bar.

The inline mower bar is extremely robust, thanks to its high-quality steel housing. Generously dimensioned gear wheels plus sturdy ball bearings ensure a long service life and high functional reliability. The notch recess on the bottom of the bar allows dirt to exit at the rear. The bar is also brushed clean by the stubble left standing.

Weight relief.

The mower bar is suspended on two coil springs, one for each half of the bar. The springs interact to maintain a steady ground pressure across the entire cutting width. This results in constant mower suspension and optimal ground-contour tracking, even in difficult operating conditions. The benefits include lower frictional resistance, protection of the grass cover, and a clean and consistent cut.

Trailed DISCO with central drawbar.

Thanks to the combination of double-acting rams, the mower can be swung to the left or right. This allows its full width to be used at all times. The DISCO T CONTOUR is available with a working width of 3.00 or 3.40 metres, and with roller or tine conditioners.

DISCO 3200 TC AUTOSWATHER.

Belt position close to the mower: swath grouping with the DISCO 3200 TC AUTOSWATHER. All DISCO trailed mowers are extremely manoeuvrable, in spite of their size.

Trailed DISCO with side drawbar.

The DISCO 3150 T is available with tine or roller conditioner. The parallelogram suspension on the frame ensures optimum ground-contour following.

NEW: DISCO 3150 TC FLAPGROUPER.

The swath is formed by two additional guards behind the conditioner, pivoted via a hydraulic ram. This results in a 3.00-metre-wide double swath, formed in two passes.
